For Consulting Positions

A one-time referral fee of $500 is given to individuals who refers a successful candidate.

A successful candidate is one who has been selected by the client, accepted the offer and has been onboarded.

The referral fee shall be paid out after 90 days, commencing on the consultant’s start date.
​
Should a candidate, resign or be terminated, prior to the 90 days period, no referral fee shall be paid out.
For Full-Time Placements

A one-time referral fee of 15% of Seven Seven’s placement fee is given to individuals who will refer a successful candidate.
​
As an exemption, the 15% fee can be changed if Seven Seven has to match the client’s referral fee program for their employees. In such event, Seven Seven will try to match or beat, the company’s referral fee.

The referral fee shall be paid out, after 90 days or the date when the client pays out the placement fee to Seven Seven (whichever is longer), commencing on the employee’s start date with the client.
